Nodoka Naran, a member of the popular idol group iLiFE!, is set to release her first photobook.
For this shoot, Masafumi Sanai was invited to document her significant transformation before the end of her teenage years. The photobook captures precious moments from her several days in Vietnam during the summer, showcasing her true self as an "18-year-old with no identity" after belonging to an idol group for about three years and graduating from high school, just before announcing her entry into iLiFE!.
The title, "Wasuretakunai" (I Don't Want to Forget), comes from Nodoka's heartfelt sentiment as she looked at the photos after returning to Japan. This book is filled with the "eternal freshness" of Nodoka's instant growth as both an idol and a woman. Don't miss it!

Nodoka Naran / Born in Aichi Prefecture in 2005. In 2021, she debuted under the name "Nodoka Shizume" after passing the new member audition for the idol group ZOC. In 2023, she made her gravure debut in "FRIDAY" to great acclaim, subsequently gracing the covers of numerous national magazines and garnering significant attention. After graduating from ZOC and a fierce battle among 10 major agencies, she announced her entry into the popular idol group iLiFE! in September, creating a huge buzz. The group is scheduled to hold their first Nippon Budokan performance in the summer of 2025.
