Return and exchange service

Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be accepted when the delivered product does not match the ordered product.

(If you need to return the product for the above reasons, you need to take 3 photos of the product to clearly point out the errors and email them to info@hobbypocket.com. After the return or exchange application is approved, you will be notified by email, which will take about 3 working days. Delivery within days. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, or special company holidays notified on the website).

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  1. No contact was made within 5 days of the arrival of the product to inform the customer of the return requirement.
  2. Items that have been used .
  3. The original packaging of the product is missing or dirty or damaged .
  4. Products that have been opened .
  5. Products that have been modified or washed by members .
  6. The product is stained or damaged due to use. (For example: contaminated with cosmetics, fragrance, odor...etc.).
  7. It has been marked as a medieval and Kaifeng product .

Shipping carton defects:

*Please note that some products are packaged in shipping cartons for convenience of delivery (including brown cartons with original Japanese printed on them (pictured below)).

The main purpose of shipping cartons is to protect product packaging and contents, so there may be shipping labels or damage on the shipping cartons.

Since the shipping carton does not form any part of the product packaging and contents,

Therefore, the company will not provide any form of after-sales service for issues such as delivery labels, damage and defects of all shipping cartons.
