Freight Arrangement
How to use SF Express: - SF Express services include direct delivery to office/residential addresses, SF business points, SF stations and SF station smart cabinets - Free shipping for members who spend HK$800 or above at a discount - If the order does not arrive, it will be shipped by SF Express For the free shipping amount, customers need to pay the shipping fee of HK$50.
Estimated delivery date and time
Customers using SF Express please visit the SF Express website and enter the "order number" for enquiry. You can also contact SF Express directly to inquire about product status, make an appointment for delivery time, or make other special arrangements.
Delivery area
All our goods are delivered by SF Express, and the delivery service is only within Hong Kong (excluding Hong Kong restricted areas).
SF office/residential address delivery service
• Please select the designated shipping address when placing an order, and fill in the correct and valid address and contact information.
• SF Express will deliver the package before the specified time, please visit " SF Express Delivery Time ".
• Delivery to remote areas in Hong Kong may require additional delivery time. Please visit the " SF Express website " and enter the delivery address for enquiry. You can also contact SF Express directly to inquire about the delivery time.
Self-pickup service at SF business locations and SF stations
• Please select the designated pick-up location when placing your order, please visit " SF Express Business Point Address " or " SF Express Station Address ".
• SF Express will send a "Pickup Notification" SMS to your mobile phone number (supports +86/+853/+852 mobile phone numbers) before the parcel is available for pickup. The parcel will be picked up within 3 days from the date of the SMS. If the item is picked up after the due date, it will be regarded as abandoned and destroyed and no refund/compensation will be given. For all matters related to late pickup, please contact SF Express.
SF smart cabinet self-pickup service
• Please select the designated pick-up location when placing your order, please visit the " SF Smart Cabinet Address "
• Please browse " SF Smart Cabinet Compartment Dimensions and Restrictions "
• SF Express will send a "Pickup Notification" SMS to your mobile phone number (supports +86/+853/+852 mobile phone numbers) before the parcel is available for pickup. The parcel will be picked up within 30 hours from the date of the SMS. If the item is picked up after the due date, it will be regarded as abandoned and destroyed and no refund/compensation will be given. For all matters related to late pickup, please contact SF Express.
Special delivery arrangements
• In case of black rainstorm warning/typhoon signal No. 8 or above, please contact SF Express directly to inquire about the business arrangements of its service address.
• If no relevant notification is received from the customer within this period, it will be deemed that the customer has made the final decision to discard the items. The company will have full discretion to decide how to handle (including destroy or resell) the items without further consultation with the customer, and there is no need to Make any compensation and recover the resulting losses (if any) from the guest.

How do I find the status of my order?

How can I track my order?
- When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from the courier company with the tracking number and order information.
